This honey is a summer wildflower Honey which tastes incredibly sweet and floral.
All our honey is cold filtered, pure and unpasteurised. 2022 harvest.

Here at Little Walterstone farm we pride ourselves on having the ability to produce some really unique honey as our honeybees have the whole of Gower‘s backbone to forage. Cefn Bryn and beyond has over 2000 acres of varied and beautiful wildflowers, trees and plants in which our bees make their fantastic honey.
 
🔥Our candles are made from the beeswax cappings that seal the honey in the honeycomb once all the sweet sticky honey has drained from the cappings, the wax is then washed, melted and filtered down to give you 100% pure Gower beeswax. From here we hand pour our beeswax into these beautiful candles.
 
There are many reasons why beeswax is better, here are just a few …..
🍯Beeswax candles actually purify cleanse and improve air quality.
🍯Beeswax has the highest melting point meaning they provide a superior light giving off a cosy atmosphere.
🍯Beeswax is non-toxic and hasn’t gone through any chemical processing unlike oil based paraffin candles.
🍯Beeswax is clean/long burning and has a subtle but sweet honey scent.
 
 
Our Gower beeswax comes in a variety of shades as the bees determine the wax colour by the plants they forage, as a result you get many different shades of yellow and gold and may receive a candle of a different shade to the one in the picture.
 
 
🌍All of our packaging is as sustainable and eco friendly as possible. We use cardboard and British produced wood wool in all of our hampers. The hampers are then packaged in starch based biodegradable pellets for transportation.
